Integrations fabric

Integrations are how ISAAC connects to the systems where business truth already lives: websites, document stores, databases, spreadsheets, CRMs, repositories, ledgers, ticketing systems, and APIs.

Identify, access, retrieve, clean

ISAAC should not dump unfiltered enterprise data into a model. The integration layer identifies the needed source, checks whether it is allowed, retrieves only the relevant material, cleans or redacts sensitive fields, and records what was used.

That path is what lets a workflow depend on certified data instead of whatever a user happened to paste into a chat box.

Existing systems stay in place

ISAAC is designed to work with the tools a business already uses. The goal is adoption and engagement without forcing every team to replace its CRM, ticket queue, document store, database, or deploy system on day one.

Each connector should declare its scopes, credential boundaries, refresh cadence, schema version, and evidence behavior so Steward and Sentinel can explain the integration health.

From integration to workflow

Once sources are connected, adapters can drive automated and ad hoc business processes: reports, communications, analyses, ticket routing, document review, and domain-specific workflows.

The important difference is that ISAAC can show which source produced which claim and whether that source was current, approved, and inside the requested scope.
